I received the set yesterday and... I was unpleasantly surprised. Even though this is the Warpaints Air Starter Set, you would expect the airbrush itself to be included, but it isn't. That was an unexpected inconvenience for me, but ultimately my own fault—everything is clearly labeled on the Imago website.
Now for the paints themselves: the set includes a detailed guide on using various miniature painting techniques (NOTE: ENGLISH ONLY), and I learned a lot right away.
In the end, I tried the paints with a regular brush and... they worked great. The mixing balls in the paints are a huge help, the paints have a good consistency, and the tones and saturation are amazing.
I can definitely recommend this 100%, if only for how beautiful the colors look on the miniatures.
Set jsem dostal včera a... byl jsem nemile překvapen. Ačkoliv je tento produkt Warpaints Air Starter Set očekávali byste, že airbrush samotný bude součástí balení, ovšem není. To pro mne byla taková neočekávaná nepříjemnost, ale v konečném důsledku moje chyba, vše má na stránkách Imago skvěle nadepsané.
Teď k samotným barvám: set obsahuje podrobnou příručku pro používání všech druhů technik barvení miniatur (POZOR, POUZE ANGLICKY) a hned jsem se dozvěděl mnoho nového.
Nakonec jsem barvy vyzkoušel s normálním štětcem a... fungovaly skvěle. Mixovací kuličky v barvách jsou úžasná pomoc, barvy mají dobrou konzistenci a úžasné tóny a sytost.
Rozhodně mohu 100% doporučit už jen kvůli tomu, jak nádherně barvy na miniaturách vypadají.
