The first test of Army Painter paints was on a base coat, see photo. They cover well, dry quickly, stick, and don't chip—at least not right away. The unvarnished paints lasted on the figures (which were handled) for over 2 months. They also hold up well with Citadel paints over the base coat. Just base with varnish, no problem. It's not Citadel, but for that price ;-)
První test Army Painter barev byl v základovce viz foto. Kryje dobře, schne taky rychle, drží a nešoupe se - aspoň né hned. Barvy bez laku vydržely na figurkách (ochmatávaných) něco přes 2 měsíce. S citadel barvama nad základovkou to taky drží. Jen base s lakem bez problému. Holt není to Citadel, ale za tu cenu ;-)
Excellent spray primer. Spray in short bursts, but unlike varnishes, keep it a bit closer—about 20 cm, just like the Army Painter brochure says. The nozzle is high-quality with a spray pattern perfect for miniatures. It lasts a long time—my first black can has covered over 50 25-28mm miniatures and is still going strong. Keep in mind that a black primer will significantly darken your model; for bright colors, you'll need to apply more layers or get a different primer.
Výborný sprejový primer, nutno stříkat krátce, ale narozdíl od laků poněkud zblízka - 20cm jako v Army Painter brožurce. Tryska kvalitní s rozptylem akorát na figurky. Vydrží vám dlouho - můj první černý má za sebou přes 50ks 25-28mm figurek a stále barví. Počítejte s tím, že černý primer vám model ve výsledku hodně zatmaví, pro jasné barvy budete muset dělat více vrstev, nebo pořídit jiný primer.
Basecoat in seconds, awesome! Definitely recommend it. My brush-on primer is staying in the drawer now. It helps the next layers of paint stick much better.
základový nástřik během vteřin, boží! Rozhodně doporučuji. Brush on primer tak zůstane v šuplíku. Pomůže lepší přilnavosti následujících vrstev barvy
It provides great coverage and holds paint well, though you'll need a few coats. I use this spray for base shading, see the photo. I recommend getting another color, like white, alongside the black spray.
Skvěle kryje, barvy na něm drží dobře, jen musíte dát více vrstev. Sprej využívám na základní stínování, viz. foto. Doporučím vzít k černému spreji ještě nějaký jiný, např. bílý
