Description
Arcana is a card game where players take on the roles of guild leaders in the city of Cadwallon. Compete for influence over city districts, use bluffs, and pull off tricks to claim victory. Fight for cards—new characters, locations, or powerful relics—that your agents help you acquire. Use these cards throughout the game, as they also serve as victory points. The game is dynamic and features stunning illustrations.
This new revised edition introduces two new guilds and six optional rules that add fresh depth to your gameplay.
The game is in English, but you can find a Czech translation available for download.

Deck-building mechanics (best known from Dominion) paired with stunning, atmospheric artwork. Simple rules that offer plenty of tactical depth, combined with a reasonable playtime, are the reason why Arcana doesn't gather dust on the shelf :) An excellent game.
Mechanika deckbuildingu (známá především z Dominionu) doplněná nádhernou atmosferickou grafikou. Jednoduchá pravidla skýtající dost taktických možností zároveň s rozumnou herní dobou je důvod, proč Arcana nechytá prach v polici :) Výborná hra.
