Babel brings two new expansions for the civilization card game 7 Wonders in one package. The first expansion lets players draft quarter-circle tiles before the game, which they use to build the Tower of Babel instead of taking a turn. Four visible tiles always affect the rules for playing actions (e.g., changing costs and production, adjusting gains, or forbidding certain cards). The second expansion funds the construction of the Tower of Babel—before each age, players flip a card that dictates which card color allows them to pay a contribution. If the construction is successfully funded, contributors gain a nice bonus. Otherwise, they receive a significant penalty.

The expansion is in English, requires the base game to play, and can be combined with other sets as you like.
