Description
Winter is an expansion for 51st State and New Era (you can combine it with either game individually or both together).
The expansion brings new cards and mechanics, as well as an additional (Texas) faction, allowing you to play with up to six players. It also changes the game-end conditions, adds a game die, and introduces the Frozen City game board, where you can send your workers to perform actions and recruit leaders.
The game is in Polish.
