Description
Burning of Prospero is a standalone board game set in the Warhammer 30,000 universe. It pits two factions against each other—the Thousand Sons Astartes Legion against an alliance led by the Space Wolves—in the battle for the city of Tizca.
The game includes: a rulebook, 5 double-sided board tiles, 47 miniatures (Space Wolves: Geigor Fell-Hand, 5 Custodian Guard, 5 Sisters of Silence, 10 Legion Veteran Tactical Marines; Thousand Sons: Azhek Ahriman, 5 Tartaros Terminators, and 20 Legion Veteran Tactical Marines), unit stat cards, psychic power and energy cards, dice, and game tokens.
The miniatures are scaled for Warhammer 30,000 and Warhammer 40,000 and can be used in both systems. The Terminator and Tactical Marine models are free of Legion-specific heraldry and insignias, making them versatile for various Astartes armies. Models are supplied unpainted and unassembled; plastic material.

Unfortunately, my review of this set is incomplete, as I have never used the board game rules that come with BoP.
As for the models, however, it is an excellent investment. It contains plenty of Space Marines in older armor marks, perfect for veterans or Horus Heresy-era armies. Furthermore, the Custodes and Sisters of Silence are not only great plastic models, but they are also better value in this set than bought separately. Finally, in Prospero, you will find the otherwise unavailable 30k Ahriman model and the Space Wolf who was Fell-handed before Bjorn.
The box also includes high-quality cards and game mats featuring the city of Tizca, which I have used in other RPGs.
Hodnotenie setu je bohužiaľ nekompletné, vzhľadom na to, že som nikdy nevyužil pravidlá deskovej hry, ktorou BoP je.
Čo sa týka modelov, je to však výborná investícia. Osahuje dostatok mariňákov v brnení starších vzorov, vhodných pre veteránov, alebo armády z časov Horovej herézy. Ďalej Custodov a Sisters of Silence, ktoré sú nielen veľmi podarené plastové modely, ale aj sa vyplatí viac ich kúpiť v tomto sete, ako samostatne. Nakoniec nájdete v Prospere zatiaľ inde nezohnateľný model 30k Ahrimana a space wolfa, ktorý bol Fel-handed pred Bjornom.
V krabici sú okrem iného kvalitne urobené karty a podložky s potlačou mesta Tizcy, ktoré som využil v inom RPG.
