The True Metallic Metal Base - Imperial Gold paint from Vallejo comes from a completely redesigned line of metallic paints. It applies easily, offers perfect opacity, and creates an excellent matte finish.

This True Metallic Metal paint dries quickly and forms a thin layer that preserves even the smallest details of your model. We recommend applying it over a primed surface.

The Base series features primary metallic colors, such as steel, iron, bronze, gold, and more. These are perfect for base-coating metal surfaces, offering balanced coverage, shine, and saturation—ideal for the first layer after priming. You can use TMM Base paints on their own or mix them to create your own custom shades.

The paint comes in an 18 ml dropper bottle. This packaging prevents evaporation and drying, allowing you to use minimal amounts and store the paint for a long time.
