Vallejo: Game Color Leather Brown

Along with Bronze Brown, this is one of my favorite brown paints. I used to buy more vibrant colors, but I eventually realized I was constantly mixing browns. Problem solved. Vallejo is my favorite brand overall; the paints aren't too thick (unlike some Citadel ones) and they generally provide solid coverage.

Spolu s bronze brown je toto jedna z mojich najobľúbenejších hnedých farieb. Ak som kedysi viac kupoval skôr pestré farbičky, neskôr som zistil, že stále miešam hnedé. Problem solved. Vallejo je celkovo moja obľúbená značka, farby nie sú príliš husté (ako niektoré citadelky) a vo všeobecnosti solídne kryjú.

The paint used on the wood is on the far left. Working with the new non-metallic Vallejo paints is a joy. The softer bottle makes it easier to dispense the paint, which is more efficient and therefore more economical. At the same time, I find the paints slightly more fluid, so I can work with them better without needing to thin them. After that, it just depends on whether the shade suits you or not.

Barva použita na dřevo úplně vlevo. S novými nemetalickými barvami Vallejo je radost pracovat. Měkčí lahvička umožňuje lépe barvu dávkovat, efektivněji ergo úsporněji. Zároveň barvy mi přijdou mírně tekutější a lépe se mi s nimi pracuje bez nutnosti ředit. Pak už jen záleží na odstínu jestli vyhovuje či nikoli.

The paint has great coverage and a smooth consistency that makes it easy to work with.

Barva dobře kryje a má příjemnou konzistenci, se kterou se dobře pracuje.

I bought this paint on February 5, 2023, and I'm really happy with it. It spreads beautifully, leaves no brush strokes, and has great coverage. I highly recommend these paints. They've outperformed the well-known Citadel paints. The paint consistency is perfect right out of the bottle and doesn't need as much thinning as Citadel. The base paint density is consistent, whereas the last batch of Citadel base paints I bought was often very watery even after mixing. Of course, the dropper bottle is a huge plus, allowing for precise application.

Zboží bylo zakoupené 5.2.2023 a jsem s novou barvou velmi spokojen. Krásně se roztírá, nezanechává stopy po tahu štětcem a velmi dobře kryje. Doporučuji tyto barvy. Překonaly již známe Citadel barvy. Již samotná hustota barvy je ideální. Nemusí se tolik ředit jako Citadel. Hustoa base barev je stejná. Poslední várka base barev od Citadel byla i po rozmíchání mnohdy velmi řídká. Samozřejmě velkým plusem je lahvička, která umožňuje přesné dávkování.
