A really nice gold paint. It fits my soldiers perfectly. Gold is… well, gold. I'm very satisfied.

Despite the negative things I read about the metallic paints in this line online, I'm pleasantly surprised.

The paint is thick and needs to be thinned with a medium - I use Vallejo thinner medium (don't thin with water) - but it covers beautifully and is a nice, vibrant gold.

I often use this paint together with Bright Bronze and Brassy Brass - see the image. In the picture, Bright Bronze looks almost identical to Brassy Brass, but in reality, it's a bit lighter and works well as a highlight.

Na to co jsem o metalických barvách této řady četl negativního na internetu, jsem velmi mile překvapen.

Barva je hustá a je jí třeba ředit nejakým mediem - já používám thiner medium od Vallejo (neředit vodou) ale krásně kreje a je to hezká zářivá zlatá.

Často tuto barvu používám společně s Bright Bronze a Brassy Brass - viz obrázek. Na obrásku je Bright Bronze téměř identická s Brassy Brass, ale ve skutečnosti je o trochu světlejší a lze ji použít jako highlight.

Vallejo. Arguably the best hobby paints on the market. I've personally compared them to Citadel and Army Painter, and when it comes to opacity, coverage, ease of use, and the quality of metallics, Vallejo comes out on top.

Thanks to their excellent coverage, you'll also use less paint compared to other brands. You definitely can't go wrong with this brand, whether you're just starting out or you're an experienced painter.

The paint comes in a dropper bottle. It lasts a long time without drying out.

Vallejo. Pravděpodobně se jedná o nejlepší modelářské barvy na trhu. Osobně mám srovnání se značkami Citadel a Army Painter a opacita, krytí, práce s barvami, kvalita metalických barev vše vychází ve prospěch barev Vallejo.

Zároveň díky velmi dobrému krytí je jejich spotřeba ve srovnání s ostatními značkami malá. Rozhodně s touto značkou neudělátek krok vedle ať už s barvením začínáte či jste zkušení.

Balení je v lahvičce s kapátkem. Barvy vydrží poměrně dlouho aniž by vysychaly.

Nice gold color. Use older brushes for this one, as it tends to wear out new ones quite quickly.

A gorgeous shade of gold that fits almost any occasion. It tones perfectly with a brown or red wash and highlights well with a 1:1 mix of gold and silver.
Just like any other metallic paint, it requires careful handling to avoid contaminating other colors or already painted areas with metallic particles.

Nadherny odstin zlate, ktera se hodi snad pro kazdou prilezitost. Vyborne se tonuje hnedym ci cervenym washem a highlightuje smesi 1:1 zlata a stribrna.
Jenom jako kazda jina metalicka barva vyzaduje opatrnejsi zachazeni (kontaminace jinych barev nebo jiz nabarvenych mist metalickymi casticemi).
