TIE Fighter

The TIE Fighter is an Imperial starfighter featuring a small spherical cockpit and two solar array "wings". These short-range fighters serve in planetary and cruiser defense, as well as escort and assault missions against enemy forces. You can find TIE fighters in almost every installment of the Star Wars universe.
