The third book in the series brings more adventures from the Long Earth. After the Yellowstone disaster, humanity scattered across neighboring worlds, but that is far from the last problem they have to face. The book features three parallel stories, each with its own appeal, though I personally enjoyed the one about Joshua and his struggle with a new evolutionary branch of super-humans the most. Maggie also returns, traveling with her ship beyond the borders of known worlds, where Earth looks less and less like the one she grew up on.
Třetí kniha ze série přináší další dobrodružství z dlouhé Země. Po katastrofě v Yellowstonu se lidstvo rozprchlo po okolních světech, ale to není zdaleka poslední problém kterému musí čelit. V knize jsou tři paralelní příběhy a každý má něco do sebe, ikdyž nejvíce se mi líbil ten o Joshuovi a jeho problému s novou vývojovou větví super-lidí. Oběví se znovu i Maggie která se svojí lodí putuje za hranice známých světů kde je Země čím dál tím méně podobná té na které vyrůstala
