How to return your items?

1. Please pack the items carefully and send them to this address:

2. Include a withdrawal notice with your return, or email it to info@imago.cz. Make sure to include your order number, the name of the returned item, and your bank account number if you want a refund. You can use our withdrawal form. Letting us know the reason for the return helps us improve our services.

3. Once we receive your package, we'll process your refund or exchange immediately.

Can I unbox the items?

The items you return should show no signs of wear or damage. For example, books or board games wrapped in protective foil should remain sealed. You can try on clothing, but please don't wash it. If you can't return the item in 100% condition, don't worry—we'll figure something out together.

Can I return anything?

The 60-day return policy does not apply to:

• items made to order
• food and drinks
• audio and video media such as audiobooks
• LPs and CDs
