Nords

Barbarians, brutes, raiders. The southern lands look down on the northern Nords, convinced that only they represent true civilization.

But no matter how advanced the southern lands and their people may be, the lands of Manheim stand as proof of humanity's power and strength. In a harsh landscape of frost, winter, monsters, and constant battle, this human nation carved out its place and dominance through blood and combat. In ancient, mythical times, the legacy here was founded by the primordial Vanir, the ancestors of today's Nords and practically gods themselves. They, however, lost their war against the giants and the powers of fire, who then retreated south, leaving their own legacies behind.

The remnants in the north were enslaved by other giants until the last remnants of the Vanir awakened—the sleeping heroes known as the Einherjar. They liberated the enslaved remnants of humanity here in the north and led them to reconquer the region. Now, only a few remain, continuing to aid the Nords in everything—in survival, in conquest, and in their vengeance against the Southerners.
