Ankh-Morpork Opera House… A massive building where masked figures move about, carrying out their nefarious deeds… where dying on stage is sometimes more than just a metaphor… where innocent young sopranos are lured into fatal traps by villains in terrifyingly hideous evening gowns. Where you'll run into two old ladies in pointed hats who, while munching on peanuts in their box, fix their gaze on the massive crystal chandelier above the auditorium and quietly hum: "Well, if a great disaster doesn't happen any second now, then I don't know." Yes, Granny Weatherwax and Nanny Ogg, the greatest witches of Discworld, have set out to enjoy an innocent (but what is ever truly innocent with Granny Weatherwax?) evening at the Opera. And that's not all. It's clear that trouble is brewing (but you simply have to feel a good show with a few murders in it).
