What's in the box

Each Prerelease Pack contains six Magic: The Gathering - Star Trek Play Boosters, each hiding 14 cards for you to discover and build your deck. Inside, you will also find a traditional foil promo card with a rare or mythic rare rarity. The pack also includes a themed Spindown life counter and a handy deck box to keep your cards battle-ready.

Discover new strategies

The Prerelease Pack is your ticket to the Sealed Deck format, where you build a 40-card deck from the contents of six boosters and basic lands. This lets you test new mechanics and cards before anyone else and prepare for the official set release on November 13, 2026.

Join the prerelease events running from November 6 to November 12, 2026, and be part of the celebration of Star Trek's 60th anniversary in Magic. Expect cards inspired by the entire breadth of the Star Trek universe, from The Original Series to Voyager.
