• A versatile booster for both play and collection.
• A return to the beloved Lorwyn plane.
• Guaranteed foil card in every pack.

The Lorwyn Eclipsed Play Booster set takes you into Magic: The Gathering, to the mystical plane of Lorwyn and Shadowmoor. This pack is perfect for players of Limited formats like Draft and Sealed, as well as collectors who love the thrill of cracking boosters. Each booster features Kithkin, Boggarts, Merrow, and Elves, complemented by both new and returning game mechanics.

What you'll find in every booster

Each Play Booster contains 14 Magic: The Gathering cards in total, plus one additional card—a token, ad card, or art card. The card distribution is tuned for both playing and collecting. Look forward to 1–4 rare or mythic rare cards, 3–5 uncommon cards, and 6–9 common cards. A basic land and a guaranteed traditional foil card of any rarity are always included.

Among the common cards, there is an approximately 12.5% chance to find a card from "The List," which features reprints from older sets or cards from the Special Guests series. In about 20% of boosters, the basic land is replaced by a foil land, which can also be a full-art version.

The World of Lorwyn and Shadowmoor

Released in January 2026, the Lorwyn Eclipsed set marks a return to the Lorwyn-Shadowmoor plane, last visited in 2008. It weaves together themes of light and darkness, colors, and hybrid mana, alongside kindred (typal) mechanics, -1/-1 counters, and card transformations. New and returning mechanics, such as Blight, Changeling, Convoke, Transform, Vivid, Conspire, Persist, and Wither, expand gameplay with new strategic options. The story explores the boundary between eternal day and eternal night, where the true forms of characters are revealed.
