Lord of the Rings Ring - The One Ring

I'll start with what I like about the ring: the nicely polished gold color and the (white) Elvish script (likely laser-etched), which is quite detailed. I didn't worry about the ring size since I didn't plan on wearing it, just displaying it on a shelf (Galadriel would be proud, I resisted :D ).
However, what I really don't like (well, not at all...) is that the ring has very prominent flat sides, as if someone had ground it down from both sides. My idea of the One Ring is a beautiful rounded shape all the way around. I looked at other photos from users who bought the same ring, and I'm a bit surprised that some rings look different from mine; I think I counted at least 3 different types of rings, so I assume it depends on which ones (which brand or source) they currently have in stock.
This is a bit misleading because the ring in the shop photo looks beautifully rounded without any edges. All in all, the ring didn't offend me, but it didn't thrill me either, which is a shame because I'm a huge fan. Now I'm thinking about having one custom-made by a jeweler... :)

Fantasyobchod: Since you purchased the product in 2016, both the product photo and the final design of the ring have changed. We originally sourced them from multiple suppliers.
About a year and a half ago, we finally found a supplier whose ring matched the movie replica as closely as possible. Now, the ring not only has rounded edges but also feels quite substantial overall. The current product photo reflects this.

Zacnu tim co se mi na prstenu libi, coz je hezky vylestena zlata barva i (bile) elfske pismo (pravdepodobne vypalene laserem) ktere je dost detailni, velikost prstenu jsem neresil jelikoz jsem nemel v planu jej nosit na prstu ale pouze si ho vystavit do policky (Galadriel by byla hrda, odolal jsem :D )
Ale co se mi moc (teda vlastne vubec...) nelibi je, ze prsten ma dost vyrazne ploche strany, jako by jej nekdo z obou stran zbrousil. Moje predstava Jednoho prstenu je krasny obly tvar po celem obvodu. Prohledl jsem si i jine fotky uzivatelu co si koupili ten sami prsten a trochu me zarazi, ze nektere prsteny vypadaji jinak nez ten muj, dokonce myslim ze jsem tam napocital aspon 3 druhy ruznych prstenu, tak predopkladam ze asi zalezi jake maji (jakou znacku, nebo z jakeho zdroje) prsteny zrovna na sklade.
Coz je trochu zavadejici protoze na fotce z obchodu vypada prsten krasne obly bez jakekoly hrany. Secteno a podtrzeno, prsten me neurazil ale ani nenadchl, coz je skoda protoze jsem velky fanda, ted premyslim ze si necham vyrobit u zlatnika Jeden svuj vlastni na miru... :)

Fantasyobchod: Od r.2016, kdy jste produkt zakoupil se změnila produktová fotografie a také výsledná podoba prstenu. Ty jsme původně nakupovali od vícero prodejců.
Zhruba před rokem a půl jsme konečně narazili na dodavatele prstenu, který co nejvíce odpovídal filmové replice. Nyní má prsten nejen oblé hrany, ale působí celkově poměrně masivním dojmem. Tomu odpovídá také nynější produktová fotografie.

Just like in the movie. I've had it for two years and it's still in perfect condition. The material is high-quality and doesn't peel.

Přesně jako z filmu. Mám ho dva roky a pořád v perfektním stavu. Materiál je kvalitní a neloupe se.

Maximum satisfaction. The font is a bit pale, but it's clearly visible in good lighting.

Maximální spokojenost. Písmo je sice bledé, ale na dobrém osvětlení dobře viditelné.

I have a question: can this ring be worn daily? I'd love to buy it, but I'm not sure if it's suitable for everyday wear. Thanks for the answer.

Fantasyobchod: You can definitely wear the ring, but you should avoid getting it wet. We haven't had any negative feedback so far. On the contrary, people praise the material for being durable and keeping its shine even with frequent wear.

Mám jednu otázku smí se tento prsten nosit běžně, protoze bych si ho rád koupil ale netuším zda se smí nosit. Děkuji za odpověď.

Fantasyobchod: Prsten se smí nosit, ale neměl by se namáčet. Zatím jsme neměli žádné negativní reakce. Lidé si naopak pochvalují, že materiál je odolný a prsten se stále leskne i při častém nošení.
