I bought this for myself and I have to say, the story pulled me right in. I expected a slow start, but it went full throttle from the very beginning. You can finish it in a single day, but there are many ways to play through it. The next book (Fire on the Water) is a perfect sequel, and you can carry over your items from this first one. The hardcover book is small, but that actually makes it easier to handle and flip through. I had to print out some accessories to play. You can find everything here. A die is definitely better than a random number table for me. I'm looking forward to playing the next installments.
Kupoval jsem si pro sebe a musím říct, že děj mě vtáhnul dokonale. Čekal jsem plynulý rozjezd, ale rovnou to šláplo na plnej plyn. Lze to dohrát během jediného dne, nicméně lze jít mnoha způsoby. Dalši kniha (oheň na vodě) dokonale navazuje a přenášíte získané věci z této první knihy. Kniha v pevné vazbě je malinká, ale o to lépe se s ní pracuje a listuje. K hraní jsem si musel vytisknout příslušenství. Vše najdete zde. Kostka je rozhodně lepší než tabulka nahodnych čísel pro mě. Těším se na další odehrané díly.
A fantastic throwback to the days when gamebooks were a primary source of entertainment. Great fun that you can take anywhere. I've played plenty of gamebooks, and this series is truly excellent.
Výborný návrat k minulosti kdy gamebooky byly jedna z hlavních zábav. Výborná zábava kterou si lze kamkoliv vzót sebou. Hrál jsem spoustu gamebooků a tato série je velmi výborná.
