Thanks to this bread baking dish, you can mix the dough and bake the bread in one piece of cookware, which is both efficient and convenient. Since the dish closes, there is no risk of the bread spreading out; instead, it keeps the shape of a nice little loaf.
Overall, the dish makes the work easier and eliminates some of the drawbacks of standard baking. However, just like Jakub, I would appreciate it if it were available in a slightly larger size.
Díky nádobě na pečení chleba lze míchat těsto i péct chleba v jednom kusu nádobí, což je úsporné a pohodlné. A jelikož se nádoba uzavře, nehrozí, že by se chleba rozplizl do stran, nýbrž drží tvar pěkného malého bochníčku.
Celkově nádoba usnadňuje práci a eliminuje některé nedostatky běžného pečení, nicméně, stejně jako pan Jakub, i já bych ocenila, kdyby byla k dostání v trochu větší velikosti.
A nice mold for mixing and baking bread. I've tried it with lavender bread (The Elder Scrolls - The Official Cookbook) so far. Preparation, baking, and eating went without a single issue.
The only "complaint" is that the mold is smaller than I expected.
Sympatická forma na míchání a pečení chleba. Zatím vyzkoušeno na levandulovém chlebu (The Elder Scrolls - The Official Cookbook). Jak příprava, pečení tak i následná konzumace proběhla bez sebemenšího problému.
Jediná "výtka" je že forma je menší než jsem očekával.
