A high-quality gaming mat. It's double-sided, featuring a classic grid system on one side and a hex system on the other. The mat has a pleasant parchment-like color tone and feels like thin linoleum to the touch.

Cleaning might be a bit tricky. You need to use water-soluble markers (which can be harder to find). You can use standard alcohol-based whiteboard markers, but you must clean them off with a proper solution—just be careful not to wipe away the pre-printed grid in the process.

Velmi kvalitní hrací podložka. Oboustranná, přičemž na jedné strany je klasický kostkovaný systém a na druhé hex - systém, tedy pravidelné šestiúhelníky. Příjemný tón barvy podložky, který působí jako pergamen. Samotná podložka působí na omak jako slabší linoleum.

Problém může být u čištění podložky, je nutné používat fixy omyvatelné vodou (těžší k sehnání), klasické white board na bázi alkoholu je možné použít, ale pak je důležité je umýt nějakým přípravkem (ovšem dávejte si pozor, aby vám přípravek nesmazal i předtištěné síťe)

I've been using this battle mat for two years. I use it for sketching out quick encounters in RPGs and for large-scale battles.
During combat, I can draw and erase spell effects OR rooms on the fly. Just make sure to buy a high-quality erasable marker to go with it.
Standard office erasable markers are hard to remove, and the drawings often leave ghost marks even after cleaning the mat.

Soubojovou podložku mám dva roky. Používám ji pro kreslení rychlých bojů u RPG a při rozsáhlých bitvách.
Během boje můžu dokreslovat a mazat efekty kouzel ČI místnosti. Je ale třeba koupit si s podložkou kvalitní omyvatelný fix.
Klasické kancelářské omyvatelné fixy se dolů dostávají špatně a kresby zůstávají znatelné i při umytí podložky.

I'm happy with this larger mat; it's a must-have for drawing bigger scenes. Played 2 sessions so far. I solved the issue with dry-erase markers not wiping off the mat by covering it with a clear sheet. Now I can draw on the sheet with permanent markers and wipe it clean with an alcohol cloth. The drawings last longer and don't smudge during gameplay.

S touto větší podložkou jsem spokojený, pro překreslení větších scén - nutnost. Odehrané 2 scény. Problém nesmazatelnosti mazacích fix z podložky jsem vyřešil průhlednou folii, kterou jsem podložku překryl. Poté lze po folii kreslit klasickým lihovým fixem a mazat hadříkem s lihem. Kresby vydrží déle a při manipulaci nedojde ke smazaní.

Choosing the right markers for this mat is a bit tricky. Water-based markers wipe off easily. (If you use others, get ready for some serious scrubbing). It's quite sturdy and seems well-made so far. The only downside is that the edges are starting to fray a little.

Podložka je trochu náročnější na výběr fix. Fixy na vodní bázi jdou lehce setřít. (Pokud použijete jiné, tak se připravte na dlouhé drhnutí). Je docela bytelná a zatím to vypadá že i kvalitně zpracovaná. Jediné co můžu vytknout je, že hrany podložky začínají pouštět trochu vlákna.

Great playmat that still holds up even after years of use. It started fraying a bit at the edges and some of the painted lines didn't wash off completely, but nothing that's really distracting.

Skvělá podložka, která i po letech používání je stále vhodná. Začala se trochu třepit po stranách a některé namalované čáry se neumyly úplně, ale nic co by bylo zásadně rušivé.

A great accessory for playing with miniatures. It helps both players and the Dungeon Master navigate dungeons and combat encounters during your RPG sessions.

Just make sure to test your markers beforehand to ensure they can be wiped off the mat, though it's usually an easy task.

Skvělý doplněk do hraní při využívání figurek. Jak hráčům tak Pánovi Jeskyně při dračáku to pomáhá lépe se orientovat v dungeonech tak i při bitevních situacích.

Důležité předem vyzkoušet fixy, které je možné z podložky smýt, ale složitý úkol to není.

Only tested it lightly so far, but it's great. Just need to get better markers and it'll be perfect. The mat has the right color—it's not too bright or too dark, and the hex grid is just the right level of visibility.

Zatím zkoušena jen lehce, ale paráda. Chce to ještě vychytat lepší fixy a bude to ideální. Podložka má správnou barvu, ani nerazí bíle, ani není tmavá, hex je akorát výrazný.

Whiteboard markers are a nightmare to clean off this mat. Tested with Centropen and GXin whiteboard markers.
It's a total pain, you'll need to buy different ones... apparently Crayolas work.

The size of the squares and hexes is standardized to match the base sizes used for miniatures all over the world.

As others have mentioned, you need to choose and get the right wet-erase markers if you don't want to leave streaks when wiping the surface. The markers sold here are not water-soluble. Be careful when choosing alcohol for cleaning other markers, as it can damage the print on the surface. Alternatively, I recommend cutting strips of colored paper into various shapes; you can quickly assemble any wall or terrain layout and just place them on the grid.

The only minor downside is the slight fraying of the edges as seen in the photo, but in the 3 years I've had it, it doesn't seem to cause any significant damage.

Ak preferujete v dnesnej online dobe hrat osobne a potrebujete byt vzdy pripraveny nakreslit narychlo nejake prostredie, v ktorom sa hraci nachadzaju tak je toto perfektna volba. Kedze je obojstranna, tak vie byt univerzanejsie pouzita pre rozne RPG systemy, alebo len ako ochrana stola pred rozliatymi napojmi :)

Velkost stvorcekou a hexou je standardizovana z velkostou podstavcov co sa pouzivaju pre rozne postavicky po celom svete.

Ako pisu ostatny, treba vybrat a zohnat spravne vodne fixi ak nechcete nechat smuhy po ich zmazani na ploche. Tie fixi, co tu predavaju nie su vodou zmyvatelne. Opatrne pri vybere liehu na cistenie inych fix, moze poskodit potlac na ploche. Alternativne si odporucam nastrihat si pasiky farebneho papiera na rozne tvary a z tych mozte narychlo vyskladat akukolvek stenu alebo naznacenie terenu a len prilozit na miezku.

Jedine mini negativum je jemne strapkanie sa okrajov ako vidiet na foto, ale za tie 3 roky co ju mam sa nezda ze by to vytvaralo nejake relevatne poskodenie.
