Description
A weather vane has risen from the Discworld sea, and suddenly everyone knows which way the wind blows. A new land has emerged, bringing old feuds with it. As two armies march, Commander Vimes of the Ankh-Morpork City Watch has only a few hours to solve a crime so terrible that there isn't even a law against it yet. That crime is called "WAR". Book in English.
As two armies march, Commander Vimes of Ankh-Morpork City Watch faces unpleasant foes who are out to get him… and that's just the people on his side. The enemy might be even worse. Jingo, the 21st in Terry Pratchett's phenomenally successful Discworld series, makes the World Cup look like a friendly five-a-side.

Samuel Vimes and the City Watch – need we say more? If you've read the translated version, I highly recommend checking out the original.
Due to Sir T. Pratchett's unique brand of humor, many of the puns and references simply couldn't be translated.
Samuel Elánius a Městská hlídka, více asi netřeba dodávat. Rozhodně doporučuji pro ty co četli přeloženou verzi, si přečíst originál.
Spoustu různých narážek a vtípků bohužel vzhledem ke specifickému humoru Sira T. Pratchetta nebylo možné přeložit.
