You'll only find first-hand reviews on our site – no fake opinions, no bots. How do we guarantee this?
Only registered users who have created a customer account with us can write reviews. This allows us to verify that the review comes from a customer who actually purchased the product and has personal experience with it.
We review every single submission. Yes, it takes a few days (1-2 weeks during peak season), but this ensures that:
the review contains no unnecessary profanity, offensive, or discriminatory content 🤬
it genuinely reflects a customer experience

the product photo attached to the review is original
it is not hidden advertising or links to outside our galaxy

We sort reviews on the site by date. Logged-in users can click "like" on any review they find helpful. Reviews with the most likes are displayed first.
We may machine-translate reviews. In such cases, a link to the original text is always included.
