I didn't really believe they would glow that much. But they actually do! Playing in the dark isn't ideal and we probably won't do it much, but it might come in handy sometime.

Moc jsem nevěřil, že budou nějak výrazně fosforeskovat. A ono jo! Sice hraní po tmě neni ideální a asi to moc zkoušet nebudem, ale někdy se to snad bude hodit.

One word - WOW. These dice literally glow in the dark and are perfectly readable in both daylight and low light.
Just leave them in the sun for a bit, no complicated charging needed. I'm super impressed and happy with them.

Jedním slovem - WOW. Kostky doslova září ve tmě, jsou výborně čitelné jak na denním světle, tak i za šera.
Stačilo je nechat chvíli na slunci, netřeba je nabíjet nijak komplikovaně. Jsem velice ohromená a spokojená.

The dice glow beautifully and brightly. I was pleasantly surprised by the charging speed, but a bit disappointed by how quickly they discharge... I've only had them for a short time, so maybe I'll figure out exactly how they work :) They roll well, just like any standard dice.

The contrast between the background and the numbers is a bit weaker than with other dice when they aren't charged or in dim light, so if ideal readability is your priority, I'd look for different ones. There are plenty to choose from here :)

Kocky krásne a jasne svietia, príjemne ma prekvapila rýchlosť "nabíjania", ale trošku nemilo aj rýchlosť vybíjania... Mám ich krátko, tak možno zistím ako presne fungujú :) Hádže sa s nimi fajn, ako so všetkými štandardnými kockami.

Kontrast medzi pozadím a číslami, keď nie sú kocky nabité a keď je šero, je trošku slabší, než pri iných, tak ak Vám ide o ideálnu čitateľnosť, pohľadal by som iné kocky. Na výber je ich tu kopec :)

You might think it's a very simple set. Yet, it's beautiful. It only takes a little bit of light for it to glow brightly and for a long time in the dark.

Člověk si řekne, že je to hodně primitivní sada. Při tom je nádherná. Stačí fakt málo nasvícení k tomu, aby krásně a dlouze svítil ve tmě.
Kvalitní práce. Bude to mít svůj efekt při večerním hraní. Takový to kousek by si měl pořídit každý.

I've had these glowing dice for about a month and use them a lot during evening games. They charge up pretty quickly.
The dice stay reasonably bright for about 20 minutes (after charging them for about half an hour), then they slowly start to fade. Even without charging, they glow enough on their own to make the dark numbers easy to read.
Regarding brightness, there are also blue glowing dice here at imago that are a bit dimmer in the dark than these. I'm really happy with this purchase.

Svítící kostky mám asi měsíc a při večerních hrách je hojně využívám. Nasvícení je poměrně rychlé.
Kostky vydrží přiměřeně ostře svítit asi 20 minut (nasvěcoval jsem je asi půl hodiny), poté pomalu jas ztrácí. I bez nasvícení samy o sobě svítí natolik, aby se na nich tmavá čísla dala dobře rozeznat.
Co se týče svítivosti, tak jsou tu na fantasyobchud ještě modré svítící kostky, které jsou ve tmě o kus matnější, než tyto. Koupě kostek mě potěšila.
