Dragon Dice Set

I went with the black and red color scheme. The dice look really cool, but they're a bit harder to read in this color.

Zobral som si čierno červenú farbu. Kocky vyzerajú naozaj dobre ale v tejto farbe sú trocha horšie čitateľné.

Beautiful dice, the only criticism is the 4-sided die and reading its value.

I bought these black and red dice as a gift, and they look great. I'm a bit worried they might be as hard to read as my Forest set, but the recipient has younger eyes, so hopefully that won't be an issue. I think the slightly reduced "readability" (can't think of a better word right now) is balanced out by the really strong theme.

Tieto kocky som kupovala ako darček, čierno-červené, vyzerajú veľmi dobre. Trochu sa obávam, že budú rovnako neprehľadné ako moje kocky Forest, ale ten, kto ich dostal, má mladšie oči, tak to hádam nevadí. Myslím, že v tomto prípade je zhoršená "čitateľnosť" (nenapadá ma teraz, ako to inak nazvať) vyvážená veľmi silnou témou.

I bought these for RPGs and I'm totally satisfied. The black/red combo suits me best. It's super important that the dice are embossed, so nothing will wear off from frequent use.

Koupil jsem kvůli hraní RPG her a jsem naprosto spokojen. Mě nejvíce vyhovuje kombinace černo/červená. Velice důležité je, že kostky jsou embosované, takže z nich nic nesleze důsledkem častého používání.

I've had these at home for a while now, and they are truly beautiful in design and well-crafted—aside from a few minor manufacturing details, which are expected with mass-produced items, it's perfectly acceptable. For me, the advantage is that all you need is this set of dice, a simple game idea, a pen, and paper, and you can start playing quickly, anywhere, without spending a fortune. When visiting friends, you can easily come up with a D&D-style game, just pick the right dice, and you're ready to go. As a big sister, this is a very practical tool for when my younger brother is bored and I need to entertain him immediately :) Plus, the selection of themes is huge—everyone can find dice that perfectly match their homebrew game.

I'd also like to add that the orientation of the dragon makes it easy to tell the 6 and 9 apart, which is awesome.

Mám doma již nějakou dobu, jsou vážně nádherné motivem a povedené provedením - až na pár výrobních detailů, které se ale týká všech sériově vyráběných věcí, dá se to unést. Pro mě mají tu výhodu, že stačí sada těchto kostiček a nápad na jednoduchou hru, tužku a papír a dá se hrát rychle, hned a kdekoliv a nestojí to pětikilo. Člověk si někde na návštěvě u kamarádů vymyslí něco na způsob dračího doupěte, stačí vybrat tu či onu kostku a může hned hrát. Pro mě, jako sestru mladšího bratra, velmi praktická pomůcka, když se nudí a potřebuji ho hned zabavit :) a výběr motivů je také bohatý - každý si může vybrat kostky přímo tématicky sedící mu s hrou vyrobenou doma.

Ještě bych chtěla dodat, že směr dráčka usnadňuje orientaci mezi číslem 6 a 9, což je paráda.

I originally wrote a negative review because I thought the d4 from this set was defective. After consulting with Mr. Reiter, I realized I just misunderstood how this particular d4 works; now that it's been explained, the die is perfectly functional. I also want to thank you for the quick response and the explanation of how it works to prevent similar misunderstandings in the future. The dice are truly beautiful, and I can't wait to play with them.

Původně jsem napsal negativní hodnocení, nebo jsem se domníval, že čtyřstěnka z této sady je vadná. Po konzultaci s p. Reiterem jsem zjistil, že jsem tuto konkrétní čtyřstěnku jenom špatně pochopil, po osvetleni situace je i tato kostka dokonale funkční. Zároveň chci poděkovat za rychlou reakci s popisem správné funkce, aby se v budoucnu podobným nedorozuměním předešlo. Kostky jsou opravdu krásné a těším se, až si s nima zahraju.

These dice are truly excellent. I had them with a pouch, but unfortunately lost them (pouch included), so I'm ordering a new set now. The black and yellow combination (black base, yellow print) is really nice and well-crafted. Highly recommended! ;-)

Opravdu výborné kosky, měl jsem je i s měšcem, ale bohuzel jsem je ztratil (i mešec) a tak si ted budu obednávat nové. Opravdu pěkná je kombinace černo-žlutá (černý podklad, žlutý potisk), opravdu vyvedené... vřele doporučuji ;-)
