Citadel dry paints are great. Sometimes they might be a bit too thin and harder to mix, but just stir them with a spatula. These paints help you achieve amazing details on raised edges. I use them regularly and highly recommend them. Just don't thin them, or you'll lose the intended effect. There's no comparison to other paints, as no other company makes them. Of course, you can use base paints for the dry-brush technique, but it's more work.
