Buckler
Description
A small, round fist shield used in the Middle Ages for personal defense. The buckler became most widespread in the 13th and 14th centuries, when it served as standard equipment for infantrymen and cavalry alike alongside a sword.
Available in two sizes:
Small: diameter approx. 23 cm.
Large: diameter approx. 30 cm.
Our buckler is made of 2 mm thick steel and reinforced with two steel strips crossing the shield. The handle is riveted and wrapped in leather.

It arrived the day before yesterday and I have to say it looks great. You might need to file down the rivets on the inside at some point, but otherwise, it's flawless. I wouldn't recommend it for LARP battles as it might be too heavy, but for steel combat, it's just right.
Předevčírem mi dorazil a musím říci že je hezký. Možná bude potřeba jednou přejet pilníkem zevnitř nýty, ale jinak nemá chybu. Na dřevárny bych ho asi nedoporučil, na ně by mohl být těžký, ale na železo je akorát.
