Gold coins are out, dice are in: What does this mean for you?

We’ve decided to end our gold coin loyalty program this year. Don't worry, though – we’re working on a new loyalty program featuring dice that you’re going to love! 🎲

What does this mean?

• Gold coins: We stopped giving out gold coins on July 1, 2024. The only exception was for product reviews, which earned coins until December 1, 2024.
• Use your coins by Dec 31:: You can spend all the gold coins currently in your account until December 31, 2024. After that, they will expire.

Why are we ending the gold coins?

Gold coins have been with us for a long time and we’re fond of them, but they’ve stopped making sense for us. The system is overly complex, the experience levels are complicated, and they’ve become increasingly unsustainable. Giving out coins for discounted items and products with razor-thin margins meant we started losing money on many orders. We love you and want to treat you, but we also need to feed our cats.😸

What’s replacing the coins? Dice!

During 2025, we’re replacing gold coins with dice. How will it work? If you love dice-rolling events, you can look forward to them all year round!

• With every purchase: You’ll get one or more dice for every order.
• For product reviews: You’ll get one die for every product review you write.
• Roll the dice: After completing your purchase, you’ll get to roll your dice to win credit for your next order.
• Hidden dice: We’ll be hiding more dice around the website, so there will always be something to search for and discover.

What about the levels?

The levels aren't going away, but they will no longer affect your purchase rewards. Instead, we’re preparing new bonuses and surprises tied to your level.
