Avatar: The Last Airbender

The animated series follows the journey of Aang, the last survivor of the Air Nomads, who must master all four elements to become the next Avatar. On his quest to learn the elements, he is joined by his loyal friends, siblings Katara and Sokka from the Water Tribe, and his adorable flying bison, Appa.

They face constant opposition from the Fire Nation, led by Prince Zuko and his uncle Iroh, as well as Admiral Zhao, who seeks to gain favor with the Fire Lord Ozai.

The original series was created by Michael Dante DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko and spans three seasons with a total of 61 episodes. The live-action film The Last Airbender was written and directed by M. Night Shyamalan, while the Netflix adaptation was developed by Albert Kim.
