A great brush from The Army Painter that I can highly recommend. The price-to-performance ratio is unbeatable. The bristle durability is satisfactory – after a month of use, it shows no signs of wear (provided you treat it as you should). The only downside I've noticed is the metal ferrule where it meets the wooden handle.
It came loose after about two weeks, so I had to secure it with glue and pliers – the brush has been working perfectly ever since. My other AP brushes don't do this, so it might have been a faulty piece.
In the photo, there is a size comparison with a size 0 from da Vinci.
Skvělý štětec od firmy Army Painter, který mohu jedině doporučit. Poměr cena/výkon bezkonkurenční. Výdrž štětin uspokojivá - po měsíci používání nejeví známky opotřebení (když se s ním zachází, jak by mělo). Jedinou nevýhodu pozoruji na kovové objímce, která nasedá na dřevěnou část štětce.
Ta se cca po 14ti dnech uvolnila a musel jsem ji zpevnit lepidlem a kleštěmi - štětec tak dále funguje bez chyby. Ostatní štětce od AP mi toto nedělají, takže se mohlo jednat o vadný kus.

The brush will likely be great, just like other products from this brand. However, I was disappointed that it arrived without a protective cap – just in a bubble wrap bag with several other items.
It seems the tip of the brush suffered because of this and isn't in perfect condition. I didn't find the cap in the bag or the rest of the box, so it was likely shipped without it.
Štětec bude pravděpodobně super - jako ostatní výrobky této značky. Nicméně mě zamrzelo, že štětec dorazil bez ochranné "krytky" - v sáčku z bublinkové folie s několika dalšími předměty.
Zdá se mi, že špička štětce tím utrpěla a není stoprocentní. Krytku jsem v sáčku ani ve zbytku krabice nenašel - odesláno bylo tedy asi opravdu bez ní.
This brush is a joy to use, whether you're painting large areas or smaller, more intricate parts of your miniatures. It handles base coats and basic detailing perfectly.
I still can't believe how high-quality and precise this brush from the standard Hobby line is. I'll definitely try the premium Army Painter series eventually, but the Hobby Highlighting Brush is clearly my go-to choice for any miniature painting.
S tímto štetcem se krásně maluje jak na větších plochách tak i menších a členitějších částech miniatur. Perfektně zvládne základní nátěry i základy detailů.
Stále nedokážu pochopit jak tento štětec ze zcela obyčejné řady (Hobby řada) dokáže být tak kvalitní a precizní. Určitě časem vyzkouším i kvalitnější řadu od army painteru, nicméně hobby highlighting brush je zcela jasně mou první volbou při jakémkoliv malování figurek.
Another great synthetic brush. Anything the basecoat brush can't handle, this one manages with ease, even in the smallest details. Its lifespan depends on how you treat it, so it's better to have a few on hand for different tasks – TMM, washes, NMM... Highly recommended :)
Opět skvělý syntetický štětec. Co nejde basecoat brushem, zvládne tento pohodlně i v nejmenších detailech. Životnost pak odpovídá tomu, jak se k němu chováte, je proto lepší mít i více kusů na různé činnosti - TMM, wash, NMM...Doporučuji :)
