After about two years of publishing hurdles, I finally got my hands on it and can reminisce about the good old days. I first read it maybe 20 years ago, and I'm really glad that even now, after all this time, I still thoroughly enjoyed the books. Merlin's Forest itself is a bit more straightforward and even darker than the previous installments. It might be a slightly heavier read, but it's a personal favorite, and not just for me.
If you don't know the backstory of how Fantasy obchod became Imago, I recommend catching up—you won't regret heading into the Ryhope Wood.
Po asi dvou letech peripetií s vydáním jsem se konečně dočkal a mohu zavzpomínat na staré dobré časy. Původně jsem četl snad 20 let zpátky a jsem velmi rád, že i nyní s časovým odstupem mě knihy velmi bavily. Samotný díl Merlinův les je krapet přímočarejší a ještě temnější než díly předešlé. Možná trochu těžší čtení, ale je to srdcovka nejen pro mě.
Kdo netuší pozadí změny Fantasy obchodu na Imago, tak doporučuji se dovzdělat a neuděláte chybu, když se vydáte do Ryhopského lesa.
